Application
This gate valve is widely used in pipelines for controlling the flow of dust materials in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and mining. It is an ideal device for regulating the flow of dust materials.
Features
This gate valve features a simple structure, light weight, flexible operation, and easy installation and disassembly. Made of high-quality carbon steel, it offers high strength, excellent performance, and a long service life. The screw rod and nut are equipped with a soft protective cover structure, making them impervious to external dust.
Working Principle
The gate valve mainly consists of a frame, screw rod nut, handwheel, and gate plate. When the handwheel (sprocket) rotates, the screw rod drives the nut and gate plate to perform horizontal reciprocating motion, achieving the opening and closing of the valve.
Ordering Instructions:
1. When placing an order, customers must select the model according to the specifications in the catalog. All types of flat gate valves are standard models. If special requirements exist (e.g., bulk material particles larger than 20mm, which requires increased gate plate strength), please specify separately.
2. The electro-hydraulic push rod accompanying the flat gate valve does not include the electrical control part under normal circumstances. If required, please specify when ordering. (For the electrical control diagram of the push rod, refer to the electro-hydraulic push rod section).
3. For installation, usage, and maintenance precautions, please refer to the "Flat Gate Valve Installation, Usage, and Maintenance" manual (included with the shipment).
